You Have the Only Copies of Your Card

To honour our commitment to maintain your child's privacy
CertainMatch™ cannot provide extra copies or replace a lost or damaged card.

Extra copies may only be created at the time of your original order.

To do otherwise would require maintaining a database of information
which CertainMatch™ has promised not to do.

We trust that you appreciate and support our ethical stand on this issue.

CertainMatch™ does strongly recommend, however, that you
update your child's card every 6 months for maximum safety.
 

This can normally be done through the school or organization which made your current card for you.
Please check with them first to see when their next safety card creation session will be available to you.
